They will offer advice and remote diagnosis of the problem wherever possible.

Issues can sometimes be resolved by downloading the latest drivers.
These can be obtained by clicking the "download drivers" link at the bottom of the specific product page.

Warranty
 
All our products are covered by a free 12 month return to base parts & labour warranty.
Warranty upgrades can be purchased at the time of ordering to extend or enhance this service.
All return to base warranty repairs are dealt with promptly, repairs are typically completed within 1 to 2 days of receipt.
