- All required fields on this form must be completed
- RMA numbers must be clearly visible on the outer transit packaging and a copy of your returned confirmation form must accompany each package.
- Where more than 1 authorised RMA is to be returned, each item must be clearly identified with its correct RMA number. Failure to comply will result in rejection.
- Components i.e. Hard Drives, CD Rom drives and any circuit board type product must be returned with sufficient protection for transit, otherwise these may be rejected.
- Items will only be accepted if complete in their original packaging, with documentation, drivers, cables and accessories originally sold with the product where applicable unless otherwise advised. Missing items will not be replaced
- All static sensitive devices must be packaged in appropriate anti-static bags; otherwise the warranty may be void.
- Items defaced in any way e.g. additional labels or markings on a product or its original packaging that cannot be easily removed will jeopardise the RMA validation.
- All product(s) returned for credit must be in fully re-saleable condition including manuals, driver disks etc (Vand will determine if the product(s) are in a re-saleable condition). A reduction will be made for any missing items.
- All RMA numbers are valid for 14 days from date of issue.
- Items returned and found upon inspection to have no fault will incur an inspection/handling charge of £ 55.00 + vat
- DOA products must be reported within 30 days
